I figured we'd get around this. Well I know but it's been on replays to help attack. So. Yeah I'm aware of it does that -- -- and it's it's one of those things were. You guys wanna know about your Cleveland so this situation is we've made comments on it. All of you know the history and we drafted and didn't drafted nobody drafted him waste in the summer league in Las Vegas. In fact I've visited -- Jeremy and his family. On a Sunday night if I recall after the last game was played in Las Vegas. It was a part of something and that's where it all started. We saw a flyer who was. Very understanding. About the game of basketball. To be you know he had a feel for the game as well. Needed to become a better shooter needed to become a better defender but had a special gift for understanding the game and so we did what we did. We signed him and some people we thought we were crazy putting the guaranteed money into. Look at it is it to your program. And I can't sit here and tell -- I saw him as a star -- I saw him as a guy who if everything the ball -- would be a backup point guard in this late. And so. He went to work on everything. The study he's a student of the game he went to the deeply. He improved his knowledge of the game both defensively and offensively that expanded. Did what he was supposed to in the deep league -- lock himself in the gym all summer and shot the ball became a better shooter. We got into a situation where we did what we did what was our biggest need and we weren't chasing guards that we had to have us. So we make that decision -- we we have to say we make that decision now it's gone the other way what's our biggest need today. Just that. And that's what we were down now if you say -- You were stupid and you let him go. And you know we have to stand up to that. Because he is on another team and playing one and give the credit to tear lately and give the credit to his family. Look they're great people. He's done a tremendous job he gives hope to every undrafted player. In the United States. Somebody who's undrafted make -- signing your contract it's up to -- going to be huge reluctance on everybody's part. To let go somebody -- if you think he has any value at all. And I'm happy that we did it heavens. No. Joseph was reluctant to do we -- all had some reluctance to do it. Only happiness is for Jeremy and the fact that he is a great story and a great young man comes from a great fan. I don't know how many minutes he -- playing for the Golden State Warriors today if you were on the now go -- and have. Your mind and just. All that I take no pride in the fact that Houston let -- go ahead of the other thirty teams that drafted in the first round or second. There people are saying that if I wanna ducked the issue -- say nobody saw it. We got it were the only team has stepped up and signed it doesn't. We saw something and if I will tell you that. But I take no pride in the fact that Houston cut it. In fact if New York -- had some injuries he may never gotten off their bench that we don't know but this is where we are today. And good for Jeremy my -- And what he's doing. But I take no pride in the fact that no one else drafted him or. No one else really jumped out of it and made a strong stand. To try to sign him more to do anything. Never had a phone call where somebody tried to trade for. You know and and you know there weren't there were teams that would say -- might be a nice player. Good. None of that ever took this -- what you've seen and I whereas -- it's. -- Jeremy always had a level of knowledge and he had confidence. That this is the stuff is not gonna. He's done little fall off the face of the -- to become -- because he's a confident player has understand. The biggest area of improvement. Is it regards backe now shoot the ball and you got to guard he always could get in the middle and he couldn't always finish. He can now shoot it he can finish -- career. He always had great anticipation but as far as the defensive end of the floor but he's gotten. Even better in regards to that so those in the years words for it it's only seven games. Yeah that is there -- point where it's. Actually. Think it gives you game really well -- before the -- I don't know anything in the history of the NBA. Rivals. Maybe there is. I don't get off the top your head I don't recall anything that's any word here that is. And it just happens to be in the media center of the world. And and so you know it gets. Even more to it now deserves attention so I'm not going off in that direction. But it's it's in the spot where it's. -- -- -- --
