If I come from wrestling background and when I first came AKI really focused a lot -- -- -- And and and then in the last two years I've focused a lot how much stand up. And came -- we always absolutely fantastic wrestlers come out here. -- the wrestling keeps getting elevated and how much my striking keeps being elevated and on and so I really it's hard to say I really feel pretty even -- he'll -- well rounded I. I was really excited about you know doing other things in it just staying motivated staying conditioning. And when you when you're hurt it's time to focus on. All the other things you know let the strange thing this strength conditioning. All things you normally get to do some trying to light cap on it and how -- -- kind of reminded me about that is like and just have fun -- you know. So I've got a bicycle and avenue a lot of lot of work on the bike and you hit the trials on the weekend and stuff like that and actually -- a lot of yoga. I'm so excited -- has been. A staple of my dad my rehab. Now now that I'm getting better. And in getting it back into. The sparing them on the adding you -- strength conditioning back and attitudes. Feel really good. You haven't machine. I'm not night it's and because of that class but being a lot I really want to put on that she'll be. Overly impressive in my next -- it. I think it's really important that I am and and I want -- don't for the fans and for myself. I -- I'm open count looking at like mid summer saw big midsummer being.
