A what did you think of Milan's performance especially with the way he handled guys on base. Not -- was shoot I mean I'm as far as rating his performances go I think it was up there. But the one inning where he got to pitch count up a little bit. The inning they scored around the then. You know ends up. When he has to -- runners on base all game long making pitches so. You know look like for awhile there as far as pitcher opposing might even be able -- to get deeper in the game and I think it was the what was it 76. Or seventh when when they put some pitches almost thirty pitches on that down. Pretty similar story we -- pitched most the time. Does he appear to pitch any differently and in the numbers say that he pitches much better home than on the road -- different approach it all in in how he pitches here. Well I think most most of our guys will see the numbers at home a little bit better. You know I think you stated a big part of the ballpark at night here it's tougher hit the ball ballpark and some of the other places. But you know we had a panel lineup already handed hitters some guys can hit the ball ballpark. You know Smart guys and and Trout and trombone. And do -- really nice job and down on how he does much better match. Good talked about the pop ups yesterday what did you think of what was your view on the pop up that -- or just want to get it in weeks was coming over and I don't think it affected him. But. Just popped out of his glove from an area he had a ways ago electorate. Right away like he was gonna get -- pretty easily with the ball was carrying a little bitten. You know just just came out. I know it's early in the season because -- they're pretty well against the -- -- forward -- these division wins mean at this point season. Well I think for us against a good team like the Angels and the confidence grows every time you play good game against them. You know we scored some runs over there and then we play game 21 game here were. You know as a as a pitcher you have no rest I mean every pitch is means a lot. So each and every pitch is taken a lot out of you based on the fact that. You know somebody's -- you know it's 21 and you have you have to be perfect all the time so I think. You know fact there were were winning some close games here recently. Certainly here at home you're gonna play a little bit more of them. And then again against the division and a good team like the Angels confidence wise -- it goes along way. I do think Coco looked in his first and then good you know he's he's she can be pretty amazing. You know forgot it's been off as long as he has. He's got a pretty simple swing and he's confident in what he does so. You know for the first day you'd expect to may be. Seem out front low bitten and taken some bad swings but you really fit right in look like you've been playing. Bobby touched on the fact that you guys are doing really well in one run games I think -- exit from two now on the season premiere standpoint. What has been the key for this team to -- for -- week out grind out those close games. Well you know it's it's typically it's pitch pitching and defense in in timely hitting you know we had a chance to score a few more runs in the first few innings. Getting -- Williams credit for getting out of some jams and and limiting damage especially. In the first but. You know you know you have to be on -- defensively to pitchers like a senator always. You know having to make good pitches all the time the focus is always there and then again it's timely hitting our hits were a little earlier in the game and we had to hold on so. Defensively got to be good and you know last year times we weren't very good offense we have -- were better defensively this year. And and I think. You know there's a growing confidence and in closer games were we didn't have a great record record last year and in one run games were. We feel like we're a little more confident closer games now. And they don't wanna talk about Ryan cut streak that the guy continues to impress in the bullpen also Brian Fuentes has done a great job and closer role maybe just. And address what you think give each of their performances. Well you know it's it's is a team you when you talk about these close games. You know typically starters knocked in a complete game so is the bullpen comes ends and is doing the damage late in the game four in. -- been there all year as consistent as we've had. You know whether it's a few times one plus did pitch in the eighth inning yankees comfortable there and really since Brian's taken over he's been great so. You know it's not easy to pitch against teams like this with a one was a one run lead. And haven't put up zeroes for the last two innings that I you know it's been some cookies and doing all year in and Brian since he's he's taken a rolls. Looks like he has more confidence I know he's comfortable in that role. Do you see anything different poles this year I mean he's had decent numbers against you guys. You know IA every time we plan my -- hope they need. Take series off and doesn't swing greater lines balls at people or whatever I mean I've seen him do a lot of damage you know obviously his numbers aren't typical for him. At this point in time in the season that he will get going at some point I don't think there's any doubt so. You know hopefully were just catching the the right time. That popular as it is that's generally the second baseman ball he's coming in the first base has gone back. Most of the time he was ovary was up in the hole. Toward second base I think -- longer way to come in look like Barton had it to all the way to begin with I know week weeks is trying to get over there but I think. I think character can tell you probably should had a. Graham -- you know you wanted to which left the game talk about him and also on how to Brandon Inge progress after activities today. Good and we were really encouraged. Know you feel great about it you know it's he's taken couple days off couple three days off for whatever really doing nothing just getting treatment I think he'd be to an extent maybe -- was even surprised. And how well he -- out on the field is batting practice looked like he hadn't taken any days off. And defensively. You know look good I think running is going to be issue but I think today was a very good day for him and the fact that he felt like he made significant progress them. I think you know we're all hopeful that on the -- comes off will be able to do that. Well I you know what I what I've. Right now we don't have. You Landis who was our guy so we're trying to mix and match a little bit I think today more so. Certainly it's -- -- anymore so the fact that. If they were if we had those left -- -- the way we did in the middle and they wanted to go left hander right there I think maybe Johnny was a good fit for that spot. And I think he'll offer right hander even -- the bats a decent against left handers gives me some options if once they go to the bullpen. But no he's not in -- tomorrow against left.
