And we appreciate you joining us from Philadelphia on. Let's talk about the Sharks -- is this hurdle -- the guy that they they had circled before the draft instead of B this is our guy we need to get up. Yeah well Doug told me right after the first round they had three guys targeted hurdle was one problem at all for us three were gone they were gonna try and trade down but. They -- very that they have very good things to say about this -- he's obviously we probably won't know anything in terms drizzle -- -- details through four years from now but. This -- the guy had a pretty successful year playing with -- he's eighteen years old he spent his first a year in the Czech league play with guys in the early twenties and thirties and had a pretty good year so. The Sharks needed a prospects just the second time in the last five years they use their first round pick and the other guy Charlie Royals trade last offseason as part of the conference -- south. It seems like they got a guy and now we're you know we'll find out a couple years whether or not he has an impact on the NHL roster. Kevin when it comes to the NHL draft unfortunate this year I was not keeping up with the winds -- spit fires are -- Sharks Arnie and how those teams are doing individual talents work. But there are experts who are paid big money to do that so when the people grade out the Sharks. How good or bad was their draft this year. You know it's so hard to say I know everybody -- try and do it do its not like the NFL or -- the NBA we won't know as a whole for a couple years. But what they have to keep mine is the Sharks have had some success in the later rounds Justin brawn Tommy dwindles the even if you go back to getting a box office -- in the ninth round. Which don't even exist anymore. It's so hard to place a grade on it. They did get six picks their -- system is pretty thin right now so in that regard I think get to concern -- assess because. They do need some prospects and they do need some depth in the minor league system. Now that the draft is over the what's next question comes up and let's start of the guys behind the bench we had heard that made the Sharks are close to signing someone's -- another assistant coach. That move didn't happen what's gonna go on now. Well I still anticipate the -- at least one more body to the assistant coaching staff I don't think they're gonna regenerate get rid of anybody -- on Jay would profit the current assistants. I do think they're gonna bring in another body to handle specifically the penalty kill which has been so miserable the last two years so. Are right now it's just kind of a wait and see approach. There are some names out there -- for Bryan marchment. We've heard Mike Ricci who's currently on the staff so I do anticipate they're gonna at least one more -- coach. And for fans the one thing that's interesting our names of players. Are they gonna be in the Rick Nash derby that's the biggest name out there they don't need -- longer are they going to be in the Rick Nash derby. You know I think they are because though the the last rumor we read is that Nash was Meehan treated Ottawa. But then another report said that I was not on his list of -- acceptable destination that we knew back in February. That San Jose was one of the teams that Nash would accept a trade to so. Is Doug Wilson and export absolutely whether or not it gets done remains to be seen.
