I loved the ice -- -- hockey bowl big hockey fan team -- get the job done. Adam operation is now a member of your San Jose Sharks what does that mean mean to get a tough guy wanna stale a couple of -- -- back in 2010. But we need more insight into this in order to do it let's bring in -- Sharks insider CSN Bay Area dot com. Kevin -- Joins us here on the program and Kevin let's start or what anniversary brings to the Sharks. Yeah you know it's not the biggest name in the free agent market obviously but at numbers was a guy that obviously Doug Wilson targeted he said that he called at 901 which is a minute after free agency -- The Sharks need a guy on the fourth line that that's what I expect -- gonna probably play alongside Andrew Desjardins fourth line. He's not -- sports -- Eagles a year but what he does bring is it. He brings a personality he brings energy he brings some enthusiasm. And quite frankly I think that's something the Sharks mess last year in the locker room. He knows -- an -- team we talk to -- -- yesterday in a conference call. And also said this is a guy who's gonna get people going he's gonna bring them along. And I think really if his personality isn't to use him as a for the game is what attracted him to Doug Wilson morning things. So while the Sharks -- what they also subtract one Torrey Mitchell signs with the Minnesota Wild what are they losing in Mitchell. Well you know what I think both sides the change of scenery here Mitchell spent. Most of his time on the third line -- last year only scored nine goals. The Sharks need more from that position they need more scoring from the bottom two lines and Mitchell this wasn't giving it to home he was pulled from the lineup troubled times a healthy scratch. So now the Sharks have to fill that's. Thought that they'd they'd probably have to do it from the free agent markets or trade but Torrey Mitchell you know I I think he'd he had and hit and obviously is a pretty popular guy reasons San Jose here but. Needed change maybe he can he can kind of right the ship in Minnesota playing with -- good -- -- So Taguchi up there. Hockey analyst in Canada like the -- signing by Doug Wilson the what does Wilson gonna do the rest of the off season. Is he in the trade market are there more free agent second becoming what the Sharks looking to do. Well right now I think just about every team is in a holding pattern if there's the two big free agents Ryan Suter -- say. They haven't signed yet I think that once they announced where they're going a lot of the dominos will start the fall but. To me is looking more more like the Sharks are gonna have to make a major move through a trade. Not through free agent signing. Obviously Rick Nash is one name that that you get that you hear a lot about. Could columbus' demands for Nash come down and maybe they won't require a little bit toward a deal and the Sharks and revisit that maybe that's certainly a possibility. Calm but again I think once these top two free agents sign we'll see a lot more action going on hopefully later this week and next week.
