Giants are winning and they're winning. On a regular basis seven of the last eight they have one now and do it ten of the last thirteen five. In succession starting with the Monday night victory. At Dodgers did that's a complete trip through the starting rotation and all five. Have come out victorious at Giants tonight five to three with a -- I'm John Miller -- my crew go. And tonight is that it's a bullpen by committee it into the games and the matchups favored the left hander. Javier Lopez and he came on. To get the final out of the -- and they got everybody in the ninth for the best hitters the Braves had to offer them for pretty good hitters and got do they were in I mean he earned the inning and a third every pitch he made to seem like it was perfect location was -- we have Javier Lopez with a Javier congratulations. On the win -- had your say tell us about it. Thank you yeah well it was one of those things like John touched on earlier it was a matchup situation we know we've been running this drill enough for. You know better part of the whole year honestly since Wilson went down and you know it's hard to fine tune itself a little bit as we get into the playoff push and yeah I was just coming in trying to get Romo there -- -- that inning you know I gave up a leadoff single but after that the FedEx decent pitches. Against that Heyward is tough out like you said -- -- -- some big power bats and I almost made a mistake right there to McCann and things got the ball foul but. Yet just one of those things and trying to keep the ball down and don't try to get -- put it in play and who knows a ground ball pitcher given up some pop ups we'll take it. -- -- What we were saying that you know we hit that ball foul. He might hit it a mile but we knew you know we didn't foul yeah United's wishful thinking when they're out there on the mound that's for sure you're blowing your -- in a whole team's vaunted felt for sure if that's the value came on. And the big spot when you come out of the eighth in place of Romo. There's Jason -- he has an opposite field home run he is red hot he read out the way Buster Posey is red hot. And and you put them away we want it to go through the sequence and do with the monitored on their take a look at these pitchers and tell us what was going on. He threw the first pitch. -- -- -- Were talking about the storm back and forth. You know. For a lefty on lefty like to throw the ball inside and that that seem to be a good spot where I had some success against Heyward. Try to open up there and it's been the way and that's kind of worked out tonight and and obviously -- got to keep kind of mixing it up I don't have that velocity that just on the ball up there about people's on this kind of mix it up so. A lot in -- -- that's kind of what it's gonna end up in probably every lefty to face for the most part. Rock the cradle a mile a while back the skipper brought all the -- -- into the office of the -- you guys about bullpen by committee. And really that's what we're seeing but it's been a different here who have a very unique situation that you guys take that. Opportunity to get a say did you catch -- -- -- -- that it's FL kids conceded that if you. What did the skipper tell you that you took the heart. Well I mean if it's kind of funny -- the sense in that it's going to be. You know mainly Romo NFL pretty late in the game and as you've seen it's kind of an actor but yet there's so. Again it's it's one of those things where we're just trying to piece it together obviously it's not that's not the ideal situation but again it's something that we've had all season long and obviously everybody down there thinks that you get the outs where it's worn out two outs or two innings and I think everybody thinks it through the seventh eighth or ninth if those last three outs of the ball game and we're really coming together coming together as a unit you know George contest really -- fallen in line and everybody else it simply coming on board from hacker to the next the next guy penny you know everybody's following suit and it's really been great it's were kind of learning on the fly but we're -- pretty good job.
