Josh thanks for joining us before we get to that homer I don't wanna ask -- question about playing in the -- Are you aware of how much your team is struggling before you open up a series against them and do you feel like -- Four games against a struggling team these are games we absolutely have to win. Well I think if you. -- think about that a little bit you're gonna you know get off the track a little bit. I think we just got to go out there every day and feel like a normal game as if we're playing the number one team and I anytime you start thinking about the team struggle -- or not I feel like you can kind until wolf. And now that's in those guys make up. Mean to. You had a situation where he came up with a big home run earlier in the at bat get a getting a 32 -- -- you had a similar curve ball. The -- swung the bats as you had that at bat how much were you thinking that maybe you would get the same pics -- until. And as a result. Hit a home -- Pulls out a solid -- after did that I feel like -- more more they continued its show me -- off speed pitch especially if it's early in the film. You don't mind would that only one time. Maybe twice. You know if you go to the strike zone for got to try to. You can't get -- Josh. What are you doing different now that you maybe you weren't doing at the beginning of the year when you were struggling some offensively how are you a different hitter now. Felt like on the -- of all the better sometimes. I go out there and you don't really focus and try to get zone pitch in the zone to hit you know whether it's on the inside have four on the outside or you have. I really don't they're trying to tone a little bit more and know if it picks show's opener you know let's go to and so that's what turned it. You get a base hit up the middle a fastball you get the breaking ball. You you have a nice set up where you left the front foot to get the foot down and then you seemed to be aggressive but yet you have identified. Pitches in the strike zone out of the strike zone how much does that help you to be aggressive but yet selective if you don't get a strike. You know I think a lot of that has to just do with the confidence issue you know so I can go there. And hopefully get it back together. Not feel like I'm seeing the ball the better as far as you know -- and about a guy's hands and -- some of these guys have faced old Vietnam. You know I think that has. You know and that helps me a little bit as well. But Josh in the eighth inning -- kind of a strange play you took to -- ball at thirty tried to run to get back but as we showed the replay it looked like. The ball in your glove it was a snow cone and then it just popped out explain your thoughts on that play and is that what happened the ball just looked like -- popped out. I bat out and you know what happened to the ball don't know how -- got my -- I haven't checked it out I felt that I had its O'Connor not. But the bullets hit two named. Look to second base and I felt like two is right on top of me so is gonna go tag him and because Evian -- is a pretty speedy runner. I felt like he was right there beside me. And I want to go make the tag and he -- he got back pretty equate him once you know he did that I had no shot to turn to Sosa's gonna tag him. And now somehow the ball came out of Michael although not quite sure flown but that's definitely something you got to clean up will burden. That can't happen because you know we let them right back in the game with a. Well the best part about that you were look at that your glove but -- nothing better -- that was kind of it just a -- but I have to to talk about your strong -- I know you've been a catcher. You've done a great job at third base it seems like that you are so confident that if you get the ball you could throw anybody out how much. Do you believe in your arm strength that you can't throw guys out regardless of how fast they'll. -- -- repetitive my entire career in the fastest guys over from still basic right. So it's one of those things where. I've been taught to know you know the book pretty quick and -- get it to the base. And you know you have a strong arm and although I think I completely agree that I think I thought I had a pretty good arm and then nine you know sometimes bills now. A nice job that we appreciate you stopping by congratulations on the three run homer and it's over and.
