-- folks welcome to CSN Bay Area dot com and they were get a chance to speak French -- In the first place San Jose earthquakes head coach coach thank you for taking the time do. Joints are. You know patience is something that's often associated with professional sports yeah. Which three instances that I see with the organization where. They did exercise a lot of patience and it's paid off and the first is. Last year 2011. Was it kind of it is faster or they just it was not fun it was fun to watch it I'm sure it was fun to be apart now. Yet management. Brings you and John Doyle back and gives you. You know if there's not a lot of leadership and the sports community where they where they're gonna be this patient you know especially there's expectations accurately up -- stuff. And -- that paid off and then the patience that you guys showed with proper -- situationally this immigration and believe I don't think other teams are willing to wait it's kind of what I've come in and Steve when our situation that. You don't hear a lot of organizations that are willing did. -- Now I think the big thing for me is when when you explain why we had last season -- oh how we performed last season. You can see why and I think that's a winner lost twelve games by the way. I think so late last twelve games already this season -- and I think a number of a club's twelve LA Galaxy lost twelve games already we could win games right. There's a difference and I think they -- the team that was fighting. Making sure that. I was always on board with what we're doing the blame anybody other than -- can do about it. Put it that that that organization knows the rules within the would play with one spending money on -- who won gonna spend money outside of the cap. We weren't gonna go by people out to get a mountain plays in so they knew the rules that's why -- stopped by suitable you know they do a good job. I think that we did like this coaches question. -- -- players look at how many guys are contributing fully they didn't. Last year they got a lot of experience it sure right Morrow. Soccer in crime this yeah that. Well I think the you know you look at it and in and they get a chance to play but if they needed that that that time and and we fact Steve and then just enough to miss a third season. They needed the first 22 and a half you've got to but you know eighteen months statistic get used to that the -- is in the and the pressure of professional sports. I think now you see neutral place if you Russian and then Evans panic and lose against fire the coach. Then also someone else does a good finish was out his guys around and it's just a mess and I look at the other clubs have been expansion -- still -- -- so I think we've built to right. I think is a big big future of this club coming. -- mean this year has been great but I feel that it's going to be strong with a good young group of players that's. Love playing in China loved being around each -- -- I would say not 2001 and -- three of those groups are great. I think this group's very similar to that -- -- talent wise but if things pretty close it's -- here they can retire appreciate my players are you.
