All right the 49ers 1243 win in Arizona they assert their dominant dominance over the rest of the NFC west we continue along the way a chronicle live -- -- go down and Arizona he's a 49ers insider Matt. What this is a flat out -- kicking in this one and it started early with the run game. But the 49ers and they sure would dominance and not just the running game but the pass game tonight against the Cardinals. Yet this game really showed that the forty Anderson made some strides in this is was this a team that has a pretty good defense the -- the Arizona Cardinals came into this game with the seventh ranked defense in the league. And the 49ers started off. Really showing that they want to establish the running game and Frank Gore started off with a some very nice runs he Kendall Hunter in the first quarter alone combined for 66 yards rushing. On eleven carries -- six yard average. Did away with the Cardinals did was when they started moving the eighth guy into the box and say okay. We're we're gonna make you guys beat us with the passing game led the corners do. They -- -- the passing game converted 50% of the third down opportunities Michael Crabtree had a very good game with a lot of yards after the catch. And also Randy Moss the deal fell out comes through with a 47 yard touchdown -- The 49ers leave this game feel pretty good about where they stand in the NFC west building up that two game lead. Now let's break down those two wide receivers we'll start with Michael Crabtree five catches a couple of touchdowns in this game is establishing himself. As -- go to guy right now the 49ers receivers. Well he certainly is over these last three games in particular because Vernon Davis is really nowhere to be found in the passing game is. Greg Roman the -- coordinators talked about teams going to extreme measures. To contain Vernon Davis and takes him out of the game. Well hey I don't know exactly what the Cardinals were doing today but they certainly took him out of the game but but the forty Jazz were able to do was to adapt. And I get to that team is gonna show defensively that they want to take Vernon Davis out the game a guy like Michael Crabtree. Asked to step up and that's exactly what he did tonight. And the other guy you mention Randy Moss he goes for a 47 yard score which he does an awful lot of work. But we gonna start to see a little more of Randy Moss. If it's possible now I mean he did -- play a whole lot of snaps and -- but I think that the the question becomes -- how are they getting utilized him you are they gonna make it a priority to get the ball in his hands and the guys that play right there and prayers are ready -- had a game in hand at seventeen to three at that point. And that's estimated 24 -- three. What. It's sort of energize the team to me he's a very popular guy in that locker and he's popular with the coaching staff he's definitely popular. But his teammates not just the wide receivers but up and down that rosters so. When they saw him get into the end zone -- that. 47 yard catch and run. That this sideline really. Got a big kick out of that and -- -- that term run around these parts is. That -- mosques that quarterback that that quarterback was rookie Janelle flooding so to -- Fleming got mosques Monday night. You've been lost. I like that we're gonna say -- -- -- the newsroom all right Alex Smiths and guys started to play well in this game but is previously we -- one touchdown four interceptions in this game three touchdowns no interceptions what was the big difference for Alex Smith in this game against the cards. Well I think the brands are able to get into a rhythm and it started with the running game they were able to. To get that thing going and really take advantage. That the Cardinals I think -- Michael Crabtree had a very good game. Against Patrick Peterson and one thing we saw Alex Smith do in the first or that we simply don't see Alex Smith do enough at least that not enough to. Michael Crabtree is lighting is dead heat through to a covered receiver. Michael Crabtree a lot these receivers and started lobbying. You'll just because. You -- there's a guy honest doesn't mean that you can't still throws the football. And so Michael Crabtree has wanted to have these kinds of opportunities where he's in tight coverage against a defender. -- to go out there and make a play. And Alex Smith gets an all out blitz threw it up there for Michael Crabtree before Patrick Peterson could turn his head and Michael Crabtree made the plays so. And maybe there's a little bit over for a little bit more of a report building between Michael Crabtree. And Alex Smith and that's very important obviously for this offense moving forward. All right 49ers playing well they get a big -- down an Arizona bye week coming up man male golf I wanna get -- this week than they get a bye week he'll time off you relax a little bit. Now still silent for five stories of the day right. But it. You don't let it seems like got a lot of people in the Bay Area have a very good time in Detroit so maybe I'll just go there. That's a great idea you know what San Francisco plays well in Detroit right about now met Mayo could you play well -- CSN Bay Area dot com each and everyday thanks for your -- buddy.
