Well -- the Bears had their man -- a guy who put couple a lot of points at Louisiana Tech your thoughts on the higher. It's an interesting hire for a couple of reasons one. It's -- it's sort of a stretch for cal in that. I thought given their budgetary issues that they were gonna have to go problem with a high powered assistant somewhere but Sonny dykes. Became available. Well I should back up for a second here he wanted to get into the pac twelve for awhile but I think he became. Eminently more available after the fiasco where Louisiana Tech basically argued its way out of a bowl game despite being and nine and three team. So he's got a high powered offense that he learned from Hal mummy and his father spike dykes who was the coach at Texas Tech for awhile and he's gonna fit in well in a conference that likes to put up a lot of points but he's gonna give up a lot early on he's gonna bring in. His own offensive staff but I think he's gonna keep a lot of the cal defense of staff because -- defense was not a bad one so he's gonna Jerry -- things for awhile. But at least cal fans will get to see points for a while which is one thing that they've been starved of really the last three. -- points points are always good when you're watching a college football game. Another guy whose teams have put up a lot of points this year Mike MacIntyre down at San Jose state who is rumored to be a strong candidate for this job and of course the spartans actually beat Louisiana Tech during the season and yet. And they go with -- instead of McEntire. Well I think Cal's got a bit of that snob thing about them Wear the same as a state guy. Was going to have to be dramatically better than every other candidate for them to go that way. Mike MacIntyre frankly is probably going to get a better job any year because I think there's gonna be a lot more churn. Next year and he's got enough players coming back where that's gonna be a good team again I think cal was a long shot form. Because of the geographical proximity but he's a guy on the rise there is -- No question time may be wins for two programs locally than cal gets its guy in San Jose state gets to keep its guy for at least one more year and.
