On -- they've played him here in -- very well. We've we've played there very well they played here very long it's kind of been. Trend seems the past ten years. So just knowing that on the -- off the plane and they they consistently play well here we know we have to play this game will be here. But the last minute of the -- Our program believe it felt good on defense. Is very sold on defense they've really cut down on -- given up big plays. So it's a very solid and stout group -- to run ball against. And and we went back and forth the last time minute into the game. We hit some big runs and and finish and kind of four minute mode taken in the in. That's what we wanted to this time. -- -- Just incredible tragedy organization and I know you're with a single to Cristian I'm just curious the way. What happened in the locker room with a with a real life tragedy. Went to a team that's playing in -- and how did you guys cope with the other. There we. When it happened -- with Chris. Back and always on time and it. And -- -- America and enemies we've been told him and just get togethers team Braden and great for kids prefers. His fiance and his mom. Knowing and it's going so much that happens it just doesn't hit you you know it takes awhile to really realize -- you're so busy so much else. And football's just hopeful when someone that happens but. You really you know in order for it to really sink in and didn't really releasing -- so. After I got back from us you know handful of days later. Did you start thinking about other families their children. And all the people affected forever. It's so hard to address. When something like that tragic as the veteran Kevin sort of grasp right away and still got a game you practice in this and then. You don't really have a chance to really sit back and reflect and realize it. All the people affected them. Just. Obviously it's an awful situation. I know -- his team out of you know been thinking about that is as an organization as a team and all you can do is very -- Romeo you know I think about -- and it at practice fields but there. Do you think it definitely something to your mind up at them and go home. You know it's hard to take your mind off that mean you can be busy and stay busy practice you know meetings filming games. But when you lose somebody close you know it's a teammate. You always think about in years years later anytime you lose anybody. You know it's it's tough to find anything that has taken my. Is that it puts things in perspective real life. When one of them back are you guys keep that from being a distraction line. Considering the things he says. It's harder destructive that doesn't distract us for the past two or three weeks whatever it's been. This team is completely focused on being -- Kansas City Chiefs and and that's all oratorical. Pardon me infinitely better not enough for me and you know. If anybody has a problem with that 000 bastard but it's it's no issue for us were focused on Kansas City and that's it. -- Laughter at what he's played on it's. Legend down. Leave it out when they're injured they need to be out here you need. I'm not going after my feeling here of late in him. It just. I mean footballs before you -- show coworkers -- jobs professional. And you know the course can handle that situation however he feels best fit for the team whether you're playing for the playoffs or not -- playoffs. We're still trying to win and we're still trying to get better. So trying to perfect the little. The offense and defense. You know whatever repercussions down how many guys that are -- -- -- -- and bringing you gonna do that now. And you know on this team -- in Brazil and Brazil handled. Distractions or. You know it's not going the way he expects ago and the rest of us -- continue to grind and work. Business. It's taken its time to address -- -- then you also look at the Dallas. Not to let people know that he got patient if you -- problems the greens are. Do you think players are more. Likely to seek help now these meetings here or there distillery the young young players and a great athletes their lives. Are significant happened. You know and women so they won't let us help me because there for an inning -- try anything today education process. -- people. That's your question I have no idea. You know whether whether assistants like this happen or you know a lot where they don't happen all I don't know for guys more driven to go West Coast -- go us. Somebody in the personnel department or. You know representative for the club I don't know. All you can do as a player and as a captain leaders of the team is just check them guys and very during the day you know. Ask about you know a family members are they are going through -- just ask some questions and you know I don't know whether guys are more inclined just to seek help or not after. What's happen. But each team me you know the guys and each team need to kind of keep the barometer on. The mental. Focus of the team is. There's obviously tragic has happened and you guys aren't gonna go to somebody upstairs in the building you know you hope -- goes on him team. -- -- -- Yeah. Focuses his service job. Focus under your individual job. And find a way to win. We don't win your individual battles up front when your battles on the outside. And don't don't think about past games don't think about records just think about what your job is on each play and execute your job. Early two weeks ago Brandon Myers fourteen passes. We mourn the passing game and don't come from taking away your. Just the -- -- Give -- us vs the game. You know some guys some guys get a hug him one week and there's a lot of -- their way. Because of certain matchups because certain schemes and some weeks here your call on the blocker called up for the running game. So it's not. You know it's not anything that you know we lost in the conference obviously -- all of this has nothing do with anything like that it's just. Some games -- number's called more often than others and hand. -- it was just one of those weeks where he was blocked a little bit more and and they had shown some things that they were gonna -- it just fourteen balls we. You know kind of kind of -- and so that. -- is you don't feel more if you missed a number of staffs. And and a handful of games -- just kind of seem like he's been plugged in a little more special last couple weeks I know last week week before. Knowing -- and you know plays are necessarily called for individual players are -- And you got experience vs a certain coverage and sometimes. Like in his instance you know it's his with what scheme we were seeing defensively. You guys -- available to. You know I think more I think he's just been on the field wall. He. -- -- -- -- -- Love love what he brings the team he's a rookie but you never know it. Athletically gifted he's fast to catch the ball really well and does not think thinking in my career he thinks the game like him better and.
