-- Though he had. Hit ribs. Cracked ribs and a bruised lungs. And so. We took him to the hospital just after half time. Did a CT scan going so we get a little bit more. Accurate information is exactly where he was he made flight back home when this. But spent the night overnight hospital for observations. And he'll be released. What was supposed to be released at some -- -- So he'll be out this week which. It. You. Know I think what I think we'll stick -- Madden and Terrelle. You know both those guys for this week. Immoral -- give both those guys reps. And practice with first in this week movements there. Now we're not -- and you know make that decision from our plan is right now it -- to -- both on this week. And then we'll see how practice goes and then later in the week will be ready to name a starter. -- start no real look at it. There yet. Which. You know on and I'm in I'm not sure. Yes. -- you are accurate. It was it was fiscal there's no doubt about it my I think both teams played the game physically and but I think that's waiting -- supposed to play in I thought both teams did a nice job there so you. Guys. Well. Well and in certain areas and certain things I liked. You know I thought. I thought defensively I thought our guys fool around I thought they played. I thought they played well defensively when we came -- we make some plays and and we limited. An explosive offense I thought special teams we did some nice things -- -- punt the ball. Outstanding in the game and pin them down in Macon -- then have to go long hard way. You know obviously we got scored touchdowns on offense. On and we haven't done that well enough and we got to be better that. -- -- That was kind of playing going in the game how we use. Terrelle in the game that was that was really what the plan was how we use the same plays with Matt in there. You know the -- that we had planned that we had we had it planned out for thrown Carson being there the same time. -- did a nice job on me I think you could play three plays in the game. You know we had a one trick play which was a twenty yard -- The one quarterback run down near the goal line and and then. A little keeper play remain nice pass to Marcel recent flat so of the three plays and got in there I thought did a nice job. -- -- -- -- Well you know I mean I think he's still a work in progress as far as that's concerned. He's worked extremely hard in practice. I don't know that he's got full command a bit of everything that we're doing but. But. I would expect a lot different out of out of any other young quarterbacks so. He's got to continue to work and he's done a nice job like civil -- in this week of practice and make a decision at the end of the week which we wanna go. -- -- you know it's hard for me to put a number on it. You know we watching every day in practice. Men and not think we got a -- pretty decent field where where. Where is that as a quarterback. But yet he's just an athletic ability and has some tools to work with and I think we got to keep working with a and that's one of the areas that he's got to continue to work on. His footwork. In the passing game. You know going through his reads go through his progress since those are all things that you know as a quarterback in the National Football League he's got to continue to improve -- You got -- problems. And you know or more. It. Well I think -- them both and I think I think he would tell you is there's some plays out there that. That we left on the table and no we expect. On him as well as anybody who makes the most plays. But some of it obviously you know has to do a lot with. Roster not -- an opportunity to play a lot too so I think there's a lot of factors that went into that. -- Nebulous. Through here. Well. It's not easy all the time. It's not easy all the time and one of the things you got to continue pretty sure guys as. Continuing to try to lower the target not only with your head. But even at that you know I think there's a lot of times. This game play is played really fast. And it's hard to be. It's hard to make those split second decisions both as a defender and isn't official so I think that's really hard. You on both parties view our minds and thought it was a good clean hard hit. -- I thought he had a nice game yesterday. You know miles went to a little. Deal earlier in the season probably about midway through the season were where he struggled a little bit. Not unlike a lot of rookies. But I think the last couple weeks he's he's he's begin to Canada. Pick up to stride again he's played a little bit better -- And move. Him. Thought I mean that's that's some place that we would look at and we -- look at in there and you right now but. But yeah that's that's something -- we could possibly see in the future. Those are all personnel decisions as we get into the off season. You know movement towards free agency in the draft we'll make those decisions at a later time. It. -- you -- Yes. Yes. Yeah there there. I had a hard time on that on the TV copy in on the owns coaches tape of of really trying to find where he did something wrong. You know -- I mean obviously we all understand that nothing good happens. Any of those situations after the play we got to move away from those. And move on but but I didn't see any thing. You know on the tape that I thought -- warranted that. But breeders so it is. He. You know I don't know. You know like I said before I mean those guys got a tough job to make those calls but I don't always agree with them but. That's football and and we've got to adjust to those just like anything else and game. Could make struggled again in this game it's it's it's specifically was it that was. We're all just there was that reacting to what you -- What was going well I think when you look at the running game overall. You know you can't put it on one individual. It's the whole hits the hole. Group it's it's the ability up front both the offensive line and tight ends creating. Holes in the running game. As well as a fullback. It's still runner make in the right cuts as the receivers blocking down field. The only name in we've got to. We've got to find a way to get the running game go one better we've we've. -- we take a step forward last week against Kansas City. And then we took a big step backwards. Against Carolina and we've got to we've got to work to continue to improve that. Yeah you know. Well I think I think it's it's just like any game. You know. New -- put that last one behind you got to go on to the next one at the end of the day we got to be able to knock people off the ball. And we've got to be able make the right cuts and we got to make two blocks down the field and if we do all those things will be successful in the running game. -- how would you assess. Your two or. Well I don't think this is time we we do have one game left they'll be time to assess. All aspects of the of the of the organization coaching staff included. I won't do that at some point after the season.
