-- update you guys on injuries. We placed. Richard Seymour on injured reserve today. And then really there's no other updates and injury report other than. Mike Goodson was -- today so he did not. Did not practice. Ernie Els is really -- was yesterday. -- well we're gonna keep it open right now there's there's. You know obviously options that we can that we can do that. We're not into anything with it. Right now and will make a decision later in the week how would fill that roster spot. Potentially yes. -- Well -- -- you know there there's obviously with Carson you know already been ruled out I mean. If there was something where we needed to get a guy to the to the active roster for some reason that we can do that. Same as yesterday. We use. Well I think we're I don't other or watch how practice goes but but I would think that. There would be closer ready to make a decision and practice tomorrow. Clear. Well I mean you know obviously we'll see time -- didn't practice today but that's kind of been what he's done the last couple weeks. He's still pretty much in the same situation. Phillip Adams didn't practice again today and then Mike Reiss of the practice today so we'll see those guys are able to go tomorrow terrible twosome tomorrow. I don't think there might be chance. Does little more little more -- his ankle that it is a concussion him. Yes yes. -- -- -- You look at one look at her from playing time anyway that are my daughter. Yeah I mean we won't we won't look to to get -- some playing time for sure so we'll see how Mike's doing. Tomorrow and one of the field. -- -- Well I mean obviously. You know I got a lot of respect for Norv Turner what he's been able to do. Specifically offensively there I think they're dangerous offense Philip Rivers is still an outstanding quarterback. You know defensively I think there I think they're very much improved. They obviously get after the quarterback really well they do a great job of taking the ball away so. They're they're good football team and it'll be a tough battle there at their place. -- -- Myers cause Terry Horton play. You know it was certainly important -- he's not treated well and -- kind of you know you'll read these. Fairly well but did you expect this team so -- in the action I think you're. No not no not really I mean I think you know injuries played a little bit of a factor Richards have had you know several injuries throughout the season. And then you know we were able. Use Tony Burks from in that -- -- to try to fill that role that that we anticipated Richard Phillips. Where we -- have an attitude you -- a bit better blocker on the into the line of scrimmage so. No I didn't necessarily anticipate that Myers would get. That many snaps but that's really the way it worked out. Yeah well on the Carson had a Carson had a lot of trust inning and he did a nice job in and and it's really. It was one of those things were Carson knew that he was going to be. Where you need to be in and felt real comfortable with him in and you'll Brandon nice job of being able find his own you know holes in zone get open and when we thought Tony did a nice job of catching it. Or cars that are. Teams. Don't blame when. Well yeah I mean I think that's a little bit of factor but I also think that you know he's played a lot of play. You know I think you you know when you play any place you're not used to play enemy plays you wanna open. -- You guys are excited you energy and motor mile he was really supposed to be a star it was -- -- -- Started pregame what was -- he's seen from him coming into the last week in terms of his energy you know. Well in terms of his energy it's it's been there the whole time. He's the type of players that we're looking force force a guy that he loves football. He's willing to work he's got a team attitude. And then those are the characteristics of the guys were really looking for. Any -- -- to a team. You don't anticipate. Fourth round draft choice of San Diego start fortieth. For the whole season. But he earned that right and and got himself into that position obviously. On the injury to -- You know provided that opportunity but he took advantage of that opportunity and he's done some good things she had a little bit of a lull there in the middle of the season like a lot of rookies do. But as the season's progressed and we were coming down the homestretch. The last few games played a lot better. How much your ball in the office when you do for a great gesture for an interview -- fulfillment yeah. We'll talk we'll talk about the things that we did well and the things that we didn't do well. In all phases of the game offense defense and kicking game. -- vision -- what you were pretty good offer. We usually do. The other things that all but I'll say that they listened while we do this or what do you think about this. It's more communication -- it is. Necessarily you know and -- demands I got to see this. Yeah goes on and all phases of the game. That's how we operate. And so that's where we to a -- Well -- not talk about a lot of things. And there's not very many critical decisions that go on this organization we don't at least communicate about it. So. So yeah he's he's he knows exactly what we're doing as far as that's concerned. -- It's a little bit I mean obviously you know those are tough situations is obviously Phil Dawson had an outstanding year also. But we certainly felt like. See that's was very deserving and very worthy of that that honor.
