Joined by our 49ers insider nobody. Knows this team. Like -- -- argument I'm doing great -- -- -- in the Big Easy yeah and enjoying Jim Harbaugh nationals have personalities of the Coyotes and seemingly easy. -- pressure free right now and speaking of that. Colin -- -- pretty cool calm collective -- guy with very little Super Bowl or playoff or any experience yeah I think he's just trying to. Keep it simple. You look at it like just another game. Slightly easier said than done but he believes that if he. Prepares the same way he goes out theory goes with the Ravens defense is trying to -- to them. He -- alters the adjustment city estimate that the players offense that he could just go out there and play football therefore he won't have that kind of pressure. And most people associate with the Super Bowl. Frank Gore is a guy who's -- led this team and he doesn't have to get a hundred yards Jim Harbaugh said repeatedly have been proven right. For this team to pick be victorious is such a great blocker. He's overcome some adversity is just that it's a great story for this guy is that. It really is and it it started at an early age we talked about it it did is that -- had a learning disability. It was in -- high school at a third grade reading level it was told that there's no way he'd be able to qualify. For college team in. If you can qualify for college as a football player your dream is over so he worked extremely hard. Tutors -- this some football practices at their lake up there early just to be. To put himself at the level where he could qualify for college and then of course the personal tragedy of his mom passing away his second year in the league. He scored a couple touchdowns that next game if he's one of those guys that. You see what he's overcome and he was the best player has really bad teams and now he continues to be a great player on potentially a great team. What about Justin Smith that adjusting his technique is that because of injury because of experience what's going on with him. But he got about a month off. From football it. During that time effort needs. Sustained partially torn triceps stated. It's we tried to build the strength back that left arm. So he's been wearing -- the brace on his -- yes some of the technique is a little bit different because he can't fully extend without left arm. What he's still been able to do. He showed that he can be a factor when it comes to. But playing the defense of line and helping out everybody around -- he's had a pretty good post season and I think that defense has really responded. Because he is such a vital cog -- that team. Yet Denis Hughes said when he first heard that triceps it would just be a matter how much you could push off. He's still proven pretty effective. And I think I think with that brace that that he has on -- helped them out quite a bit. Defensive line play inside play everything is a bench press which is this so that that was very important inside arm. A gap. The right gaps so it was very important for him to establish that line of scrimmage which that tackle have to do at every snap in this defense to be effective and also get that -- from quarterback. -- Malcolm thank you but it. I think they'll be seen it probably on the ice at some more I think about the next couple that I'll be here.
