One deal that didn't get made during Thursday's trade deadline was a Golden State Warriors sending Klay Thompson the Hornets for Eric Gordon. Other players would have been involved in that trade but it was something that the two sides had at least discussed. -- Gordon isn't a great fit for the Golden State Warriors. First of all he's been injury prone throughout his career. And he hasn't been able to stay in the lineup consistently. Secondly Eric Gordon makes a ton of money thirteen million this year fourteen million. Over the next two years and in the last year of his contract he makes more than fifteen million dollars. He's a player that might not be worth that salary particularly because he's been injury prone. And lastly the reason I don't think he's such a great fit he's undersized and I think acquiring Eric Gordon. You pair him with staff curry and you've got the same kind of small backcourt issues at the Warriors had which Stephan curry and Monta else.
