Preakness Stakes 2019 live stream: How to watch Triple Crown race online

Share

Normally, the Preakness Stakes sees the winner of the Kentucky Derby attempt to take the next step toward glory by winning the second leg of the Triple Crown.

But that won't be the case Saturday at Pimlico Race Course.

For the first time in 23 years, the winner of the Derby will not run in the Preakness. Country House, who was named the winner of the Kentucky Derby after Maximum Security was disqualified, is out because of a cough. Maximum Security also will not participate in the race.

Nonetheless, it still should be an exicting day of racing that you won't want to miss.
