TMZ has released a video that they claim shows Bryan Stow in an altercation with a Dodgers fan during the opening day game before Stow was eventually beaten into a coma.

The cell phone video footage captured a man wearing a Dodgers' jersey pointing his finger in Stow's face while he was sitting in the outfield bleachers.

The video can be seen in its entirety on TMZ's website

However, the man in the jersey is not Giovanni Ramirez, the suspect in the beating case who is being held on a parole violation. Ramirez's lawyer insists his client was not at Dodger Stadium at the time of the attack. The LAPD wants to obtain the video to further their investigation. Giovanni Ramirez was recently transferred to a state prison near San Diego to serve out a 10 month sentence for a weapons charge unrelated to the Stow case.

Bryan Stow, a 42-year-old paramedic and father of two, suffered a brain injury and has been in a coma for three months after he was attacked outside of Dodger Stadium March 31. On June 22, Stow's condition was upgraded from critical to serious.
