If you're looking for a delicious alternative to pancakes or French toast, this recipe is the one for you! It's warm, hearty, and full of ingredients to keep you going and sustained throughout the day!

Breakfast Bread Pudding Ingredients:

1 Loaf of Fresh Bread (Challah, Brioche etc)
1 Cup Warm Milk
3 Eggs
2 Tbs Unsalted Melted Butter
1 Tbs Cinnamon
1/2 TSP Nutmeg
1 tbs Vanilla
1/2 Cup of Honey
2tbs Brown sugar
Handful of Chopped Walnuts
2 Chopped Granny Smith apples
1/2 Cup of quick oats
1-2Tbs Ground Flax Seed
Zest of 1 Orange
Cane Sugar (For topping)

Maple Glaze:

1/2 Cup Pure MAPLE SYRUP
1 TBS fresh orange juice
2 tbs Meringue Powder

Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the loaf of bread into cubes and place into a bowl. Mix in the warm milk, butter, spices and eggs. Mix until all of the liquid ingredients are evenly incorporated into the bread. Add in the chopped apple and walnuts if you choose. Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin. Sprinkle the tops with coarse cane sugar and bake for 25 mins or until the tops are golden brown.

For the glaze: Whisk together the maple syrup, orange juice and meringue powder until creamy and smooth.
