Damian Lillard has the NBA's Rookie of the Year award all but engraved with his name, but he put an even deeper mark on his rookie season Monday night. Lillard hit three 3-pointers in the Blazers' 112-102 loss to the Jazz, passing the Warriors' Stephen Curry for the most made three-pointers in a rookie season.

Curry set the record at 166 in the 2009-'10 season, but Lillard still has eight games remaining to add to his total of 169.

Two alarming differences, however, between Curry's and Lillard's rookie seasons are shooting percentage and shot attempts.

Lillard has already attempted 452 three-point shots, compared to Curry's 380. Also, Curry's percentage beyond the arc in his rookie year was .437, while Lillard's currently stands at .374.
