The Warriors face the Mavericks Friday night for the second time since Andrew Bogut switched jerseys this offseason. And for the second time, the Warriors will reportedly not face their former big man.
After Dallas defeated Luke Walton's Lakers 101-89 on Thursday night, Bogut will sit out the second half of the back-to-back Friday night against Golden State, according to Eddie Sefko of DallasNews.com.
Bogut, 32, played close to 22 minutes against LA the night prior, scoring two points and grabbing seven rebounds.

Bogut did not play on Nov. 9 when the Warriors beat the Mavericks 116-95 at Oracle Arena -- also on the second half of a Dallas back-to-back.
The 12-year veteran is averaging a career-low 3.4 points per game this year to go along with 9.9 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 0.9 blocks and 24 minutes for the Macericks.
Bogut recognized this week that teams are taking advantage of the Mavericks lineup when he and 19-year NBA veteran Dirk Nowitzki are on the court together.
"(Bogut) offered to come off the bench, if that's a better situation for us," head coach Rick Carlisle said. "You don't often get a player of his stature offering to come off the bench for the betterment of the team. But because of his suggestion and this situation, we have that as an option."
"If they want to get a mismatch with Dirk at the five and if I have to come off the bench ... last game we started traditionally and had to change the lineup within a minute. There's no reason to go to those lengths just to appease me to start," Bogut explained.
Bogut will only get one more chance to face the Warriors this season -- as a starter or off the bench -- when the two teams match up on March 21 in Dallas.
