Warriors forward Harrison Barnes, still hampered by a left toe injury that has kept him sidelined since an Oct. 7 preseason game against Sacramento, will sit for Saturday's contest against the visiting Kings.
Barnes will miss his third regular season game with the as-yet unspecified injury, according to InsideBayArea.com. Warriors coach Mark Jackson has not given a timetable for Barnes' return, although the plan has been for Barnes to heal completely before returning to action to avoid any more flareups with what has been described as "toe inflammation."
When he is healthy enough to return, Barnes will come off the bench as the sixth man, Jackson said this week.
