The Washington Redskins haven't had a particularly successful 2013 season, and 49ers corner back Carlos Rogers puts the brunt of the blame on Robert Griffin III.

In an interview with Pro Football Talk, Rogers said the Redskins are a mess, and accused Griffin of not being a team player and going over coach Mike Shanahan's head to Washington's owner.

"You've always got to keep it about the team," Rogers said. "I don't think you should have a player be able to overstep your head coach and be able to go to the owner and call the shots.
"You see the results. He hasn't had a good year. It's a mess right now"
