OAKLAND – The A's have sold out Friday’s opener of the American League Division Series against the Detroit Tigers. Less than 1,000 tickets remained for Saturday’s Game 2 as of Tuesday afternoon.

Only third deck seats (view level) remain for a potential Game 5, which would be played Oct. 10 at the Coliseum. The A’s have also sold out the first two decks for all potential AL Championship Series home games if they advance, with only third-deck tickets available for those.

The A’s decided to remove the tarps from the third deck (except for those on Mt. Davis) for the postseason.
