NEW YORK -- New York Mets right-hander Matt Harvey will start for the National League in Tuesday night's 84th All-Star Game at his home yard -- CitiField -- and he will face Detroit's Max Scherzer.

"He's going to be limited to 100, 120 pitches," joked Giants skipper Bruce Bochy, who is managing the National League.

Following, then, are the starting lineups:
