For the first time in the history of the Northern California Pound-for-Pound poll, an undisputed champion reigns atop the list.

Following second-ranked Nonito Donaire’s unanimous decision loss to Guillermo Rigondeaux, Andre Ward received all 12 first-place votes.  The only movement saw No. 10 Carina Moreno switch spots with ninth-rated Vicente Escobedo.

No. 3 Robert Guerrero is just two weeks away from his showdown with Floyd Mayweather.  If he can pull off the upset, would he rise to No. 1 in our next poll?   Time will tell.

Here’s a look at the latest news on the CSNBayArea.com NorCal Pound-for-Pound top 10 for April.
