The Giants made a couple of corresponding roster moves on Friday to make room for Angel Pagan, who is back in the lineup for the first time since May 25.

Francisco Peguero was optioned to Triple-A Fresno to clear a spot on the Giants 25-man roster.

Andres Torres who underwent season-ending surgery was then transferred back to the 60-day DL to make room for Pagan on the 40-man roster.

Peguero batted .190 in eight games with the Giants, while Torres posted a .250 batting average in 105 games in the 2013 season.

Pagan was batting .262 with three home runs and 30 runs scored this season before going down with injury.
