INSIDE THE MATCHUP

- The Giants have won 24 of their last 29 meetings with the Rockies and will be looking to extend their current win streak against them to 10 in a row.

- Matt Cain has won each of his last four starts against Colorado and is 7-1 with a 2.79 ERA in his last 10 starts against them overall. After posting a 6.49 ERA in April, Cain now owns a 1.76 ERA so far in May.
