NEW YORK -- Sacramento Kings forward Reggie Evans has been fined $15,000 for elbowing New Orleans Pelicans forward-center Anthony Davis in the face, it was announced on Tuesday by Rod Thorn, President, Basketball Operations.

The foul on Evans, which was a Flagrant 2 and resulted in his ejection, occurred with 1:03 remaining in the third quarter of the Kings’ 102-97 win over the Pelicans on March 31, at Smoothie King Center.

Evans, 33, collected three points and 12 rebounds in 23 minutes before his ejection.
