SACRAMENTO -- The Sacramento Kings announced Wednesday afternoon that second-year big man Eric Moreland is out indefinitely after fracturing the fifth metatarsal on his left foot at practice earlier in the day. The injury will require surgery and no timetable has been set for his return.

Moreland, 23, has played 24 minutes over five games for the Kings this season, registering a total of four points, six rebounds and four blocks.

Undrafted out of Oregon State in 2014, the 6-foot-10 Moreland appeared in three games as a rookie before injuring his left shoulder in late December. He underwent season-ending surgery for a tear in his labrum in early January.
