The San Antonio Spurs took down the Sacramento Kings on Friday night, winning 85-69 in the 2014 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.

The Kings led by as many as 11 points in the game, but succumbed to a third-quarter rally by the Spurs balanced offensive attack, and went on to lose by 16.

Forward Quincy Acy and guard Nik Stauskas, the club's No. 8 overall pick in 2014, highlighted an otherwise somber game for the Kings, scoring 14 points apiece.

Acy led the charge, putting up 10 points early on to give Sacramento a lead. The 6-foot-7, 225-pounder also finished 2-for-3 from the perimeter.

But Stauskas not only tied Acy for the team-high in points, he was the only player for the Kings on the positive side of the plus/minus by the end of regulation.

The rookie also finished a clean 6-for-7 from the line.

The Kings (0-1) will return to action on Sunday to play the Charlotte Hornets (0-1).
