The NBA has once again taken exception to the actions of Sacramento Kings big man DeMarcus Cousins.
Cousins was already assessed one technical in the team’s 106-103 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday night. But upon further review, the two-time All-Star has been handed a second technical for entering the stands and throwing his mouthpiece to the ground in the final minute of the game.
In addition to the technical, Cousins was also hit with a $25,000 fine. He picked up 17 technical fouls last year and now has 92 in his six-plus seasons in the league.

The incident in question came with just 37.2 seconds remaining in the game with the Kings leading 105-101. Cousins was called for a blocking foul against rookie Kris Dunn after picking up a questionable fifth foul just 13 seconds earlier on the offensive end.
Cousins leads the Kings in scoring at 30.0 points per game and rebounding at 9.7 a night. He has his team off to a 2-1 start on the season as they embark on a five-game road trip beginning Monday in Atlanta.
