Two days before their First Round game against Hawaii, Cal's starting shooting guard and leading scorer Tyrone Wallace suffered a fractured right hand, a source confirmed to CSNBayArea.com Wednesday night.

News of the injury was first reported by Yahoo Sports.

Wallace suffered the injury during practice on Wednesday, according to Yahoo.

This is the second time this season Wallace has dealt with a right hand injury. He missed six games in January and February with a broken bone in that same hand.

The senior guard leads Cal in scoring this season with 15.3 points and 4.4 assists per game. He's third on the team in rebounding at 5.4 per game.

Cal is scheduled to play Hawaii on Friday at 11am PST in Spokane, WA.
