The red card to themobviously makes a difference in the match, and sometimes you dont tendto play well when that happens, but I think this was our best game. Our ballmovement and desire to win the ball back was terrific. The way we playedtonight is exactly how I want us to play. It was nice to actually have those things translate to the gameand work out.On the result:This is a statement. We havenothing but playoffs on our mind, and it all starts right here at thebeginning. You cant put yourself in a hole. We are doing what we can toget the points when we need to get them, and not take our foot off thepedal.

I believe the ball went from Bobby (Convey) toRyan Johnson, who played a perfect ball to Ramiro (Corrales), and then he putit on a platter for me. All I had to do was just tap it in.On the teamsmomentum:It was so huge to get a wintonight. I thought our team played really well. We were able to move the balland finish our opportunities. I feel we have the confidence and belief that wecan get three points against just about anyone. I think we are really playingwell right now, and it all starts with our defense. We have three shutouts inour last four matches and we cant really complain about that.
SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES MIDFIELDER BOBBY CONVEYOn his three assists:I wasjust doing my job, we had a lot of guys in the right places and they finishedtheir opportunities. It was good to get those goals, and important to get thiswin.On the first goal at the end of the first half:Obviously with the red card, we had much of thepossession in the first half, but we were getting a little frustrated with thembecause they were just sitting back. It is the perfect time to score at the endof a half because its a positive for us and a negative for them. Itworked out well, and the second goal early in the second half killed the gameoff.
