According to ESPN, the Raiders have brought in running back Kory Sheets of the Canadian Football League's Saskatchewan Roughriders.
Sheets posted a photograph on Instagram Monday, showing him arriving at Raiders headquarters.
The 27-year-old reigning Grey Cup MVP rushed for 1,598 yards for the Roughriders in 2013, good for second best in the CFL.
Before defecting to Canada, Sheets was part of the 49ers, Dolphins, and Panthers organizations, starting just two regular season NFL games for Miami in 2009.
