DALLAS -- OK, just arrived inVancouver,B.C., for the Winter Olympics.
Wait, check that. Im in Dallas for the NBA All-Star Weekend 2010. Notthat youd know its Dallas,what with the five inches of snow on the ground and more falling by the hour.Apparently, I was one of the lucky ones, making it to theBig D, without much inconvenience. Got here pretty much on time, which seemspretty amazing considering the pilot said this is the biggest snowstorm theyvehad in Dallassince 2003. My cab driver, who was going way to fast for conditions, bythe way, said it already had been snowing for 11 hoursand that was two hoursago. Well, now Im heading over to the convention center, wherethe Jam Session is taking place. Ill be doing stuff for Chronicle Live, andthe early and late news. Im sure well be talking Stephen Curry, Anthony Morrow andthis weather. Did I mention its snowing?
