Mardy Fish withdraws from San Jose's SAP Open

SAN JOSE2009 SAP Open singles finalist Mardy Fish(USA) has withdrawn from the 2011 SAP Open tennis tournament due to athyroid condition. Fish, who was also a singles finalist at the SAPOpen in 2004 as well as a doubles champion in 2010 (with Sam Querrey),will continue to get treatment on his condition and is hopeful to beback in time to play the Regions Morgan Keegan Championship in Memphis,Tenn. February 14 - 21."Iam extremely disappointed that I will not be able to play at the SAPOpen inSan Jose this year, said Fish. I have always enjoyed my timein San Jose and have had tremendous success at this tournamentthroughout my career.
