Don't miss Hangin' with Mr. Curry, an original special featuring an exclusive on- and off-the-court look at the Golden State Warriors’ sharpshooting point guard Stephen Curry. Hanging with Mr. Curry presents an authentic, all-access peek into the offseason life of one of the NBA’s biggest rising stars.  With footage recorded by Curry himself, along with a sit-down interview joined by his wife, Ayesha, at their home in Orinda, fans will get a personal in-depth look at Curry's family life, leisure activities and charitable outreach events this past summer.

After a thrilling 2012-13 NBA campaign in which Golden State finished the regular season with a 47-35 record, earned the sixth seed in the playoffs and advanced to the Western Conference Semifinals, Hanging with Mr. Curry takes a look at Curry’s life off the hardwood after a long, rigorous season. Follow Curry during his summer vacation as he and Ayesha prepare to go to the Mumford & Sons concert at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley; stroll along the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Promenade in South Carolina with one-year old daughter Riley; and journey to his hometown of Charlotte where he conducts the “Stephen Curry Skills Academy” at his former high school, Charlotte Christian.

The cameras follow Curry in one of his many charitable efforts, as he travels to a refugee camp in Tanzania where he teams up with Nothing but Nets, a campaign of the United Nations Foundation for raising awareness of and fighting malaria in Africa.  Beyond spending time with the refugees, Curry also donated three bed nets for every one of his record-breaking 272 3-pointers he made last season.

Additionally, Hanging with Mr. Curry features a fishing expedition in Charlotte with Dell, Curry’s father and 16-year NBA veteran, and Curry discusses his passion for golf and looks back at his play at the recent American Century Championship at the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course in Lake Tahoe.

Curry has been the face of the Warriors since joining the team as the seventh overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft. A fan-favorite for his tantalizing style of play and infectious personality away from the hardwood, he has averaged 19.2 points, 6.1 assists, 4.0 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 2.5 made 3-pointers a game over his career. Last season, Curry put the league on notice as one of the fastest rising stars in the game by making 272 3-point shots, and by breaking the NBA single-season 3-point record of 269 set by Ray Allen in 2005-06.
