Scottie Pippen recently said that the 1995-96 Bulls would sweep the 2015-16 Warriors in a seven-game series.

Horace Grant took it one step further on Wednesday night.

"Mentally, the Warriors look very shot right now," Grant said to CSN Chicago. "I say any of the six championship teams would have swept them."

Grant was on Chicago's 1991, 1992 and 1993 championship teams but played for the Orlando Magic when the Bulls won the title in 1996, 1997 and 1998.

Why is Grant so confident the Warriors wouldn't even win a single game?

"We had a comaraderie and we trusted each other, especially on defense," Grant explained. "We had this love of getting our opponents down and stepping on their necks and getting rest.

"I think that's what Golden State is missing right now in terms of that defense."

The Warriors have lost two of their last three games, and players and coaches alike have admitted they need to clean several things up.

“It’s team defense, but first and foremost, your matchup is personal,” Andrew Bogut said. “So try to stop your guy. And if you need help from there, someone will be there to help you. A lot of times, we rely on help too much. We ‘overswitch’ things sometimes just lazily because we’ve got a lot of guys who can guard 1 through 5.

“That’s something we addressed today in film. If we bring our effort and energy to defense, we’re still a Top 5 defensive team in the league.”

The Warriors' defensive rating of 100.9 is fifth best in the league.

The Warriors are holding teams to 43.6 percent shooting overall (fourth best), and 33.2 percent from deep (third best).

On offense, Golden State leads the NBA in points per game (115.3), field goal percentage (48.7), 3-point percentage (41.7) and assists (29.1).

But according to Grant, "Golden State does not have a chance because we pride ourselves on playing great defense."
