Are the Warriors arrogant?
General manager Bob Myers recently told SiriusXM NBA Radio that he doesn't think so.
"I've heard two sides of it -- if we're perceived as an arrogant team or not. I don't really think we are," he declared. "I think we're guys who just really love playing and celebrate out on the court. But I do think we respect our opponents and we do respect the game.

"I think we try to do things the right way and I think fans appreciate that ... we're lucky."
After the Warriors beat the Spurs by 30 last week, Steve Kerr was candid.

"They're a pretty cocky group (laughing). They are," Kerr said. "In a good way, though. They corral that arrogance and they believe, they believe they're gonna win.

"Sometimes it hurts us if we're not focused, and we start trying to do crazy things. But when we're locked in and focused and making smart decisions, then that confidence is a big help to us."
The Warriors are the defending champions, and their 45-4 record this year is the best start in NBA history.
Steph Curry is the reigning MVP and has taken the basketball world by storm.
But he isn't the only reason for the franchise's turnaround.

"A lot of these guys have come from a lot of different places to get where they are now," Myers explained. "Even Steph -- he didn't come into the league with the stature he's gained. Klay, Draymond certainly. Shaun Livingston's been to the top, he's been to the bottom. Iguodala in Philly -- the fans on him were rough. Bogut's been kind of a guy that's been underappreciated.
"So we got a lot of guys who for whatever reason, were never really given anything and have had to work for it and earn it. And if you put a lot of people like that together, they can do a lot of special things collectively."
When the Warriors play on the road, fans come out in droves to watch Curry warm up.
They camp themselves at the team hotel in hopes of an autograph.
"I really think it's an appreciation of the way the guys play," Myers said. "Steve Kerr, and the way they share the ball, and the joy they have. It's really fun to watch the game played that well. Beautiful basketball never gets old...
"It's fun to watch. Fans are appreciating that."
