UPDATE: Warriors head coach Mark Jackson tweeted the following Monday night:

Brian Scalabrine is expected to join the Warriors as an assistant coach next season, NBA sources told CSNBayArea, and Joe Boylan will be elevated to assistant coach in charge of player development.

Boylan, the team's video scout last season, will replace Kris Weems, whose contract was not renewed. John Fahey, the team's assistant video coordinator, is expected to move into Boylan's old position.

An opening for another assistant coach remains after Bob Beyer left to become an assistant coach for the Charlotte Bobcats and Mike Malone was named head coach of the Sacramento Kings.
